My Approach
I take an evidence-based, individualised approach to nutrition, meeting each client where they are in their health journey and honouring their unique readiness for change. My approach is rooted in collaborative care, blending each client’s inner wisdom and body awareness with proven principles and practices to create a plan that genuinely supports their needs and goals.

My practice is weight-neutral, emphasising holistic health across physical, mental, and social dimensions rather than focusing on a number on the scale. I don’t believe in restrictive diets. Instead, I empower clients to build compassion and trust with food and their bodies, fostering a flexible, enjoyable, and sustainable approach to eating that fits seamlessly into their dynamic lives.
Hi, I'm Megan
I am passionate about helping people build a positive and joyful relationship with food and their bodies, whilst walking the path to enhance overall health. I hold a special interest in working with those struggling with eating disorders or a challenging relationship with food, gut issues, as well as athletes looking to optimise their nutrition for better performance and recovery.
I obtained my Dietetics degree from Stellenbosch University in 2022, following a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Psychology in 2018.
I have completed a comprehensive course in Nutrition Counselling for Eating Disorders with Marci Evans.
